GETTING STARTED AT CROSSFIT BALLARAT
STEP #1 COME ALONG TO A FREE TRYOUT SESSION​

Want to try CrossFit but not sure it's for you?
​
Then come along to one of our Free Come & Try Sessions and see what you think.
The Try out session is a great way for us to get to know you, and you us.
The session consists of a warm up, skill portion where we show you a number of CrossFit movements
and then we use those movements in a workout at your own pace.

STEP #2 SIGN UP FOR A CROSSFIT BALLARAT MEMBERSHIP
​
You will need to make an appointment to initiate your training at CrossFit Ballarat.
We then sign you up to our CrossFit Community of Valued Members and conduct an initial assessment of measurements and body composition analysis.
We then book you in for 2 x 1 hour Fundamental sessions. In these sessions a certified coach will teach and guide you through the basic fundamental movements of crossfit.
​Once you have satisfactorily completed your 2 Fundamental sessions you are then welcome to join us in our daily wods. You will be alongside other new members & coached in each of the the basic skills and movements of crossfit closely by one of our Certified Crossfit Coaches. Each wod will be scaled accordingly to your experience, fitness and skill level.
