CFB SESSIONS

 

DAILY WOD

Our daily WOD(workout of the day) runs for 45 minutes and consists of a warm up and mobility, skill portion, the workout, cooldown and stretching.

Each wod is designed in a way that it can be easily scaled to suit each individual according to their fitness level and skill level. This allows us to run sessions for all ages and abilities, for example we have 14 to 62 year olds doing the same workout and getting the most out of their training.

 

Our Certified CrossFit Trainers are trained in CrossFits methodology, concepts and functional movements thus providing you with quality and very effective workouts.

Our CrossFit sessions focus on correct form of exercises and metabolic conditioning.

MOBILITY

Mobility is about improving your range of motion/flexibilty which in turn improves performance and avoids injury. These sessions involve very effective stretching & massage techniques with the aim to promote optimum health of the soft tissues, decrease pain and restore normal Range Of Motion (ROM) of joints.

WORKSHOPS/SKILLS

These sessions are designed to focus on and help you improve your skills within the movements of CrossFit. We will assess and cover everything from correct form, movement and flexibility. You can use these sessions to practice and improve any skill you wish to work on.
